Apex shadow ban?

hello staff, this morning when i loaded up apex i noticed that on every server i join from low pop to the most populated i know of it would say 1 player in queue, when i enter firing range i am getting 250 or more ms delay/ping which is extremely unusual given my wifi. same time i was banned from the apex discord without reason meaning i can’t ask for support there, unsure what happened, logged into my alt no issues there only on my main. please help me resolve this so i can play

    Yes. Very similar issue with me. I bought a new laptop 1½ month ago 6th May 2024 with really great specs and got a huge improvement in my gameplay. Then from last week of May, I started getting such issues including 300ms ping, Aim whiffing even when I am aiming properly, increased input latency, Getting matched with Full Masters Lobby, mouse not working. Every 3rd game had some or the other issues I mentioned above. I too felt like I am shadow banned. I have reached out to the support but haven't received any reply yet.
