Apex store broken!!
Hey, so my Apex store has been broken for about a year. Ive spoken to 8 EA help reps and done all the standard trouble shooting. I go to purchase coins my account gets charged but I never receive the coins.
I have to go through EA after the 24 hr wait period just to have the verify and send me the coins Ive shouldve already gotten during the initial purchase. Its not the cache backed up, Ive restarted console, uninstalled and reinstalled game and still nothing.
Ive contacted the xbox support and they said that its an Apex dev issue and they should take responsibility and fix the issue as it being their store. Ive lost out on soooo many items, potential heirloom shards, packs and skins!!
I refuse to have to make a new account just to play and enjoy the game as intended.
Ive invested too much time and money on my account as it is. EA rep basically said i have to write this forum and WAIT until someone reaches out to me with a possible server / code fix to my personal game ... who knows how long thatll be, maybe another year maybe never! Truly disappointing and a horrible gaming experience. I love the game itself but for something as simple as just enjoying skins and cosmetics taken away from me is NO FUN!
I hope Dev reaches out and helps me because this is the worst!
