apex stuck on screen with register

Just updated on steam, played two games of apex and then crashed on its own, now im stuck on register and i cant get into my account on steam, try to verify game files and reinstall to no effect. also tried to rebind my steam account keybinds and turn steam overlay on and off to also no effect, couldn't get in touch with ea help now im lost
