Apex what’s this ???

I just lost all my apex progression I was above lv 60 was platinum in the game and now it’s all gone I’m lv1 I had bought the battle pass as-well and the last one was also bought but it’s gone aswel...

Hey BberaKk,

Your progress has not been deleted, but rather it's back on the EA account where that was originally earned.

It looks like the EA account you're posting with is essentially brand new, so if you've played Apex at all in the past, it was on a different EA account. Your progress is stored on the EA account level, not on your PSN account itself. Moving the PlayStation account to a new EA account would give you access to the Apex progress on that new EA account. It would not copy the progress over from a different EA account.

This is why you're not seeing any progress - the EA account itself is not the one that was used in the past. You would need to re-link your PlayStation account to whichever EA account was used originally.

If that's an older account you can no longer access or you run into trouble relinking, you can create a case here to get in touch with support so they can take a look at this with you.
