I understand that the forums can't directly assist with account bans, and that this falls under the EA Terms of Service team’s responsibilities. However, I want to make it clear that I have already contacted the EA ToS team multiple times, and I keep receiving the same generic response claiming that my case was fully investigated, even though it genuinely feels like they didn’t properly look into it — with or without the evidence I submitted.
I’m convinced my account was targeted due to its high value. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced a hacking attempt — I've successfully stopped previous ones, but this time the hacker managed to access my EA account and steal something extremely valuable to me: my Apex Legends account.
I’ve done my part: I’ve secured my email, submitted appeals, and provided details — but I feel like I’m being completely dismissed without a proper review. I truly value this account, not just for its content but for the time and investment I’ve put into it over the years. I’m just asking for a genuine investigation, not a copy-paste reply.
If there’s anything else I can do or any further proof I can provide, I’m more than willing. I just need someone to actually look into it.
