Appealing an account ban

My eaID is Eyefulostars
My Apex account has been banned, and I have submitted it many times before. I have shared my experiences, but I am not sure about the specific reason for the ban. However, I received the email you sent me today and reviewed the content, using software that interferes with or interrupts EA services or other user accounts.

Using unrecorded features, vulnerabilities, or cheating in the game to damage EA services or other users' accounts.

• Using software or cheating to disconnect other users from the EA server. This is what you found out I violated. I can explain to you that I am a player in Chinese Mainland, and you also know that Chinese Mainland has imposed a network ban on citizens. We want to access foreign servers, the Internet, games, and communicate with foreign friends. When we play, we need to use VPN, and we need to cross the barriers set by Chinese Mainland for Internet users, So it's difficult for us to maintain the stability of our network. Sometimes there may be fluctuations in the local network, coupled with server instability, which can lead to instability in the game network. You may think that I attacked your server, but I didn't. I just found it difficult to play EA games stably due to national reasons, but I really love Apex. He has been with me for a long time and brought me a lot of happiness, I have also met many friends. Although the server is always fluctuating, the game is very perfect, which makes me very, very fond of it. Who would abandon a game that has been with me for so long?     We cannot review your account ban on the forums, so you'll need to create an appeal with our Terms of Service team if you believe that was placed on your account incorrectly.

    If they've completed multiple reviews and declined to remove the ban, I'm afraid that is not something we'll be able to change either, sorry.
