The same thing happens to me. On Reddit, there’s a bunch of threads about PS5 players not able to play Ash. It can’t be anything to do with the PS5 itself, because you can play her just fine if you don’t have a skin attached to her. You can only play her with the original skin on. Not a big deal but a little upsetting because some people might have a skin they want to use for her (might even paid money to get certain skins).
