Ban overturned, but when trying to play the game it says that I am still banned

This is the second time my account has been banned after a TDM, The first time I submitted a ticket and I was unbanned in a couple of hours this time they doubled down on it. on the status page, it says overturned but I'm still unable to play. It is so frustrating dealing with this company unless you have an issue paying for items they are never there to help. support just gave me that auto-generated prompt telling me basically "We investigate ourselves and find that we did great banning you, we don't have to give you a reason don't message us back". This TDM bot issue has been there for 3 months now if not more.

My ban status is Overturned, however I still cannot play Apex Legends. I contacted support and I was advices to raise this here and provide a case number - 158354323.

In my "Infraction History," I received an APEX_LEGENDS ban Status: "Overturned". However, I still don't have access to the online features of the game. So, I attempted to play the game and tried to access the "Firing Range" game mode. Subsequently, I was disconnected from the server and redirected to the lobby with a message stating that my account have a ban.

I tried to ask EA Customer Experience service about it, but I received a scripted bot message, similar to what I got when I was trying to appeal my ban:
"We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

Is it possible for me to regain access to online gameplay in accordance with the ban reversal on my account? Can someone help me with this issue, please?

TheRedLion93  Yes, but there is an issue: if you have attempted to dispute your ban 3 times, then upon receiving a negative response, the TOS team forwards your appeals to a bot, which automatically sends you a message stating that the ban will not be Overturned, and the appeal will not be considered.

This is what happened in my case. When I tried to find out why I was banned essentially and asked 3 times by different words, "Why the ban?" and 3 times I was told that "They consider this measure justified because you violated section 6 of the rules, and they do not intend to provide specific explanations regarding their punishment policy."

So the Live Chat with support said quote unquote that they would have loved to escalate my case to the TOS team and get this ban removed, but they cannot do so because it has been declined for the third time, and there is no option to escalate it further.

So yeah, In no way I can appeal the sanctions imposed on my account; even when unbanned, they consider me banned. Neither I nor the online chat have the right or the ability to contact the TOS team by the words of the EA HELP chat.

btw I am grateful to the EA HELP chat for the friendly communication and explanation and still the problem is not solved.

I understand. I'm not sure if there is a limitation on how many times you can dispute your ban, but try emailing them and see if you can get a definitive answer as to why this is happening

But I do believe you can creat another account if I’m not mistaken. (Not sure if you can use the same email) But once, I do apologize that there’s no other alternative for you.
