I've secured it and added a secondary email as well, but my appeals are still declined, i even show them the transcript of when i got my account back, idk what to do at this point, 40 appeals so far and same automated response

Only the first 3 disputes will be investigated. Further disputes will be denied. There is nothing else that can be done about this, unfortunately.

Yes, sure 3 disputes but atleast do it throughly and not just simply send an AI response , like it's the same automated response regardless of the number of appeals THEY DON'T INVESTIGATE, tell me this, I've send them IP breach proof, transcripts of when i got my account back from an EA advisor named Pawan i still remember and if you're an actual human you can connect the dots and revert the ban, so then why wouldn't they revert it despite the proof? Is it fair? Or am i wrong here?

Hey sonjtzu,
The team may use templated replies to make sure they're providing consistent information to people in similar situations, but they are not AI responses, nor are they automated.
An actual member of the ToS team reviews the situation and our records for what took place, and a different member of the team will review each subsequent appeal to make sure multiple people have gone through the information if multiple appeals are needed.
This is not something we're able to assist with on the forums, so I'll be locking the thread here.

It's like the time and money spend on the game is just gone!! Is it even legal to ban someone without an actual reason and be done with it, without any explanation whatsoever, So they can just ban people like that?

If it will console you a little, but I am in the same situation as you. A year ago, I was hacked and my account was permanently banned and despite too many attempts to unban it, I always get the same automatic message that clearly says Shut up, we are not going to unban you. I spent 300 euros and 1,300 hours on this account ;)
