banned and can't start a case

i got banned for nothing, no cheating, not even received any e-mail regarding the ban, i don't even know why i'm banned. When i want to contact ea it's always '403 forbidden'. I just can't do anythin...

@EA_David hi i did everything i could, tried a different browser, restarted my modem, even tried another OS, on chrome i could finally enter your link but when i hit 'contact us' i get '403 forbidden' again.

    I think it's my case, but he didn't mention how much time the ban lasts. I didn't though this was considered as a cheat, 'cause almost everyone i played with, was doing it as normal thing. Also there was no warning at all that could warn me about its danger of getting banned, so i'm a little upset about this. I don't find this wrong cause it is probably a glitch, but at least give me the possibility to know that it's a thing i shouldn't do before it's too late.

      I think I’m bothered the most by the look of the situation. I can only speak for myself, but I didn’t get any email that would anyhow explain if I got suspended or not. I opened my case yesterday via ea help, and today I cannot access the site ANY POSSIBLE WAY. I can browse ANY ea related site but support? No. Not logged in or logged out, no matter the browser, device. Anything.

        @Lunangine The timing isn't great alright, but these appear to be unrelated to each other.

        For the support site issue, I'd like to check with anyone who's comfortable with using a command prompt in Windows, can you ping help.ea.com and then send me a DM with the response info you get (or just the first line really, it'll likely count 4 lost packets)?

        @NoobNoSkill If that's what the mail says, that's a possibility, but you may be able to appeal.

    i receive a email said i am permanently blocked , does that mean im permanently ban?
