Missing Badges and more after merge

After merging my Accounts (PC and PS) a while ago, I just noticed that I am missing Badges like the Year 1 Anniversary III one, theres also Legends missing.  

Is there a way to Fix this? 

Atleast the Anniversary Badge would be nice.
