banned and can't start a case

@Lunangine The timing isn't great alright, but these appear to be unrelated to each other.

For the support site issue, I'd like to check with anyone who's comfortable with using a command prompt in Windows, can you ping help.ea.com and then send me a DM with the response info you get (or just the first line really, it'll likely count 4 lost packets)?

@NoobNoSkill If that's what the mail says, that's a possibility, but you may be able to appeal.
