banned and can't start a case
i got banned for nothing, no cheating, not even received any e-mail regarding the ban, i don't even know why i'm banned. When i want to contact ea it's always '403 forbidden'. I just can't do anythin...

For the support site issue, I'd like to check with anyone who's comfortable with using a command prompt in Windows, can you ping help.ea.com and then send me a DM with the response info you get (or just the first line really, it'll likely count 4 lost packets)?

We noticed that your EA account broke EA’s gameplay rules.
Because your account was cheating, we’ve permanently blocked your access to Apex Legends’ online features.
When we talk about cheating, we mean things like using external tools, performing in-game exploits, or abusing glitches or bugs.
this is what i received later as an e-mail. I guess this is for alt + F4, i never exploited that, used only when rage quit and this is a permaban???? No warning, nothing. just ban forever. Not even aimbot or any other cheating. This is my favorite game and i was really ready to invest in skins or battlepasses forever, but maybe one day you'll ban me again for such things like this.
