I'm sorry, but account bans are not something that we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned.
If you haven't already please reach out to the TOS team so they can review your account. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. The team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as they can. Unfortunately we don't have a way to see how long that might take, as it can vary depending on how many cases they're currently working on. Keep an eye out on your email for a response.
