banned by my support agent
Opened a ticket to follow up on a (very toxic) player I reported the day prior - a few days later I get a follow up on my ticket saying I've been banned for harassments. Has this happened to anyone?...
This is with our ToS team still, so beyond that I'm afraid you'll need to wait for them to review it.
Unfortunately I don't have any other information aside from the current status of that issue, sorry.
As an aside, I have removed a few posts that got off-track. There's no need to come into the thread just to doubt the OP or tell them to deal with something without knowing what was said, which really isn't appropriate for the forums either.

@EA_Mako checking in on this - I’m on day 4 of a suspension for something I didn’t do. I’ve tried the call back option multiple times but no call. Is there no way to expedite a case that’s obviously a mistake?
