How do I personally speak with someone on ea so I can get my apex account back from being banned they didn’t open my emails that I sent from ea help

Hey @made14fu,

If you believe an action was taken incorrectly on your account, you'll need to appeal with our Terms of Service team using the following steps.

Our support team is not able to address account bans, so the above link would be the only option for an appeal.

They also banned my account for a reason unknown to me. I have tried reaching out to them, and they declined my first request without even contacting my email. I checked the email was correct, and i checked my spam and every possible folder, but they didnt send anything. They banned me on a day that i was not even playing on an account that i couldnt even play on. They decline to answer why i was banned, and do not seem to be willing to reach out to me to fix this problem. I am beyond frustrated as i have a lot of money spent on this account, and this hurts all the more now that cross progression is becoming available. I dont know what to do.

same in fact i dont even believe i had it installed at the time absolutley rediculous not even a soft ban they gave me a perma ban im livid this isnt cool and im tempted to never play ea again over this i mean this is absolutley rediculous random bans for no reason
