Battle Pass Rewards Missing – Season 25 Split 1

I don’t know if it’s too late, but I’ve been dealing with a glitch regarding my Battle Pass rewards and haven’t received them yet. I’ve been back and forth with EA Support for nearly three months now, so I’ll cut to the chase.
During the last hours of Split 1 (Season 25), I completed my challenges and progressed in the Battle Pass, but the game didn’t properly reward me. I should have reached level 61, but I was only awarded level 59. Because of this, I didn’t get the badge or the reactive Nemesis skin I earned.
I contacted EA Support multiple times, but all I was told was to post here on the forums because it’s “a game issue.” I was offered 2 purple packs as compensation, which I declined, because that isn’t equivalent to the reactive skin I earned. I also requested my full EA data to confirm the progression, but Support told me they could only provide six months of past data and that older records from 2021 onwards aren’t available.
I feel stuck because this seems to be an in-game issue, but I’ve spent months trying to resolve it with no real solution. I’m still actively playing and supporting the game financially, but the responses I’ve gotten feel automated and dismissive, with no real empathy.
Has anyone else experienced missing Battle Pass rewards or lost progression? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
