No, I still haven't received the crafting and packs. I had already finished the battle pass at the time I upgraded to ultimate +

Before you purchased the Ultimate+ Upgrade, did you purchase the base Ultimate BP?

    Yes and after I finished the battle pass it kept offering me the ultimate + as shown in the first image. I got it basically just for the instant rewards to open some boxes. It's been like a week.. should I just ask for a refund?
