Battlepass rewards not showing up

I bought the battlepass ultimate Season 27 split one on 13.12.2025 at lvl 35. The Legends are unlocked, but the Packs from the purchase never showed up. I am now Battlepass lvl 60, but i recieved only like five rewards from lvl 45 to 50. the remaining rewards are not availlable in my inventory.
