@Tomaskos3 I recommend waiting at least 24 hr after purchasing items or redeem codes for the content to appear on your account. After if the content does not appear (after restarting the game) you would want to reach out to an advisor with your purchase information for further assistance.

@Tomaskos3 Can you provide further information on what you are seeing? Do you get an error message, or does the contact us button not respond to you pressing it. - EA_Illium5 years ago

@Tomaskos3 If you continue to run into issues, can you clear cache/cookies of your browser or try it incognito mode and then try to make a case?
