Bought coins on steam but never received the coins

There are two steps, One you authorize the billing from the credit card than your steam wallet is filled with X amount, in my case around $28 CAD. Two you confirm that you are buying this in game item. However when I did step two it lagged and I cant remember if I got a confirmation screen or not, but my steam wallet was empty and I didn't receive the coins. It said complete purchase on steam meaning that's not where it went wrong. Steam was bugging that day where half the time apex coins were unavailable and the steam servers were slow and laggy, this was Feb 23 btw. I have tried email support to get my purchase but they don't like my pictures for POP for some reason. (attached below)

    Sorry to hear you haven't gotten those coins to show up yet.

    Just to check, have you tried fully logging out of Steam and back in, not just restarting the launcher?

    It's definitely been long enough that those should have shown up, so since you haven't seen them it would be best to reach back out to support. Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to your account on the forums.

  • Unfortunatly that did not work and Ive found that the default way of screen shotting default does not work so I tried alternate ways for POP ss and the advisors keep telling my that my evidence is not enough, even though I copied it exactly to the best of my knowledge.
