Can’t Link Xbox to EA
A while back I linked my EA to my Xbox account but I have lost access to that account and I only have my new/current EA account. I tried to link the two together but it will not let me saying I have already linked it to another one even though I do not have any access to the other account.

An EA account can only ever have one of a specific type of account linked to it in its lifetime. So since you've had an Xbox account linked preciously, you won't be able to link a new one. We have an article here with some more information:
