Cannot click any tabs except "Play" and "Club"

I just logged back into apex after 2 years maybe and when I got back on I cant select any tabs except for the play button and the club tab. Also my currency all just have a white bar darting side to side and it shows -9999 for everything. (Like my Crafting Metals & tokens.)

I was on the live chat with EA Support but they could not do anything but tell me to just report it to this forum..

Any help would be appreciated

    Hey @BrainoidZaaz,

    Sorry for the confusion and frustration here.

    This is something we've acknowledged and have been tracking over in our bug report thread here, as this is more related to the way the system works when unlinking accounts, rather than a technical issue that can be fixed with typical troubleshooting.

    To that end you can try re-linking your EA account with any previously unlinked platform accounts, which is typically what causes this situation to happen.

    If you're unable to re-link your accounts, you can try contacting support directly to see if they're able to assist with that process.

    If re-linking your accounts does not solve this or support is unable to assist further with that, I'm afraid you'll want to follow the bug report thread above for further updates. This is a situation we're looking to update with a future patch, though we aren't able to provide a specific ETA for that fix just yet.

    This is happening to me too as of 9/4/23 this has been a problem for a while and EA support can’t do anything about it which is sad.

    @UwUMarcey yeah the only thing EA support can really do is help people who recently relinked to a new EA account relink back to their old one. Unfortunately, this bug is a Respawn problem and we are all out of luck until they are able to fix it. In another post EA told us that Respawn is aware of the problem and that a fix is being worked on. Still no time line on when that fix will be released.
  • Just saying, my account has been this way for over 6 months now. You can see my comment on page one here from May. This started for me in March. Still unfixed and no acknowledgement from the "business" that runs this game. Just play something else and never give your money to EA again. Really all you can do.
