I'm on Xbox. Friends that I'm trying to gift to are on Xbox, we've been friends for years and I have no problem finding them for games/parties. When I try to gift a skin, it only brings up 2 friends from other platforms but will not bring up any friends from the Xbox.
Login Verification enabled on all accounts.
We're all over level 500.
Have the coins to purchase the items.
Been friends for 3 years.
All accounts in good standing.
What am I missing?
I’m having this same issue. Player and I are both on PlayStation. Both way over level 10, both have login verification on, have coins for purchase, and both accounts in good standing. We’ve been friends on PSN for over three years.

Nope. Nothing. I deleted a friend and added them to see if that will help after the 2 week wait. So far I have heard any fix for this. Hopefully it’s a problem on EA or Respawn’s side that will get patched soon.

I have the same problem. Originally had the Origin account , migrated to Steam on this account. I don't see any of the steam friends on the list when i want go gift something.
Why EA is ignoring this ? I want to SPEND MONEY . It's what you like right?
May have figured out a fix....
I deleted and re-added some friends 2 weeks ago. They are now showing up.
