Can't log in to Apex on PS5

Since the second day of the previous season, when I start the game and try to connect to the server, I get the message "Connections to PlayStation Network and EA servers must be made first. Please check your internet connection." I can't get to the lobby screen yet. I had my internet provider come to my house to check my connection, and they found no issues with my internet connection, home connection, or LAN cable. I can play online games normally. I want to be able to play Apex normally again.
