I haven't been able to play the game for about two weeks on ps5 when i log in the game at first i cant see my level or name in the lobby. And then i not able to ready up for a game it keeps telling me party members aren't ready. i only managed to get into 5 games in two weeks its been ridiculous. I wound appreciate any further assistance.
EA StaffDoes fully rebooting your Console resolve the issue in any way?
Also, as another thing to try. Could you attempt to use another source of WiFi, such as using your phone temporarily as a Hotspot?
We believe this issue may be related to your ISP(network provider) and not the game itself, but cannot confirm for sure at this time.

Rebooting or restarting my console has not solved the issue. I have try to connecting with my phone network (4G) and there is NO problem. 4G it not good for gaming. My home network (fiber) working good with everything except apex legends. (fiber) and (4G) all belong to same ISP. I don’t know what’s the problem with my fiber connection if the problem with ISP what should I ask them for?
