Hey @MelancholyKiKi
Most of the time people overestimate the number of packs opened.
You can share this link with your friends to check how many packs they have opened.
Apex Legends - Pack Calculator

Exactly same calculator,my friends and I used this link to check our packs which have been opened.
I can understand there is slight deviation among numbers but the deviation can't be hundreds.

I see my purchase records and there is no miscalculating. Over 600 packs without heirloom. 300 before anniversary and 300 after. These packs don't even include the free packs I get from the game. I'm sure there's a bug here.

I am sure my friend have opened more than 500 packs, but he don't get his due heirloom. Also, there are many people having the same problem. If we can not get our due heirloom, it means we waste our money to purchanse in the game. I think your team should pay more attention to this problem, consumers should not pay for your mistakes !
thanks - 5 years ago
We all participated in the anniversary activities, which led to the reset of the minimum guarantee. I think this bug should be fixed. Many Chinese players have this situation, and I hope it can be solved as soon as possible

Just some clarification about the heirloom shards and 500 pack count:
- Event packs do NOT count towards the 500 guaranteed Heirloom. So only 'normal' apex packs are counted.
- Buying an heirloom during an event should not reset the counter for the 500 packs. Heirlooms cannot be received from opening a single event pack (of course, if all items are bought you get the heirloom of that event).
I'm not saying that there is no bug, just giving some information.
Thanks for posting the question here, btw.

Hi all,
This is a topic we see come up every so often. We've sent some reports like this up for investigation several times in the past, and in each case it was found that there just weren't enough eligible packs opened on the account to trigger the bad luck protection. As far as I know there are no bugs, and the bad luck protection is working as designed. If you haven't yet received any heirloom shards I'm afraid it means you haven't opened enough packs to trigger it. Keep in mind, there are some packs that aren't eligible, such as event packs.
A pack counter is something we've been seeing feedback on for quite a while, and I agree that it would be a really nice addition to the game. Hopefully it's something we might see in the future. Until then, I'm afraid we don't have a reliable way to track the number of packs that have been opened, so it can be frustrating when it feels like you should have hit the right amount. The third party calculators and trackers are handy to get a general idea, but the numbers can be off. I'd say use these as a sort of general guideline of how close you might be, but try to keep in mind that the number isn't precise.
Thanks everyone,
/Kent
- 5 years ago@Zeelmaekers I have calculated and counted every single purchase I have made, due my calculations I have opened 400+ apex packs (more than 400 but I am making a percentage of it as miscounting, so lets say 400 packs total). I went and opened the heirloom shards through 24 event packs, right after this I have opened 140 apex packs. (Also recorded this on video) 400+140 makes 540 which is 100% guaranteed heirloom.
Well since I didn't receive my well earned heirloom, this means the event heirloom shards has resetted my progress, which is hilariously nonsense, because it was told that heirlooms from events aren't resetting the counter. Event packs and apex packs work seperatly it was told. - 5 years agoI am also a victim of this problem. Before unlocking the two-year debris,I've opened 400 packs. Then I opened another 120 packs, but I didn't get the heirloom.Four days have passed since the discovery of this problem. But I don't see any positive response.I feel sad and angry when I saw in the last question EA KENT said there were no bugs.Is it hard to verify this bug?In fact, in front of your eyes, the player opened more than 500 combination packages to get the heirloom. Please don't use the words of the past. This is a very serious and unprecedented issue. For players,It's a waste of a lot of money!!!This bug is stealing from players!!!Please verify the bug and give us a statement.
