Case status: waiting on player

Hi,

I've been banned for no reason 3 weeks ago, opened a case and talked with ea reps, they said they would escalate the case to ToS department, after a while my case would get closed and I would resume it, and they told me if I resume it, it removes me from the queue to get to the ToS department, so now I'm not touching the case and waiting for ToS to get to me, but now my case status is on Waiting on player. What does this mean? Am I supposed to do anything? They told me to just patiently wait for an email. I don't want to screw anything up and get kick out of the queue again, been waiting long enough.
