Challenges completion bug and abandon penalty

For the past 2 weeks, when I placed top 5 in Wildcard just 1 time, it does not check off on my challenges list. Now, there was a connection error where it logged me out of ranked, not at all my fault, and when I'm able to get back in I have an abandon penalty. Please have the issues address and, if possible, my rewards updated.
