Client's game account has been banned: Banned for *no reason*
Game: Apex Legends

My EA ID: TomTheDemonShark
My friends EA ID: Poseid0n98 and ApexTheoretics (I only played with ApexTheoretics for 1 game on the 6th of December)
Legend I was playing in the past 2 days: Lifeline, Bangalore, Wraith, Wattson and maybe Mirage
Legends my friend was playing:
Poseid0n98: Bloodhound, Mirage and maybe Wraith
ApexTheoretics: Bloodhound
My friends are not banned.
When did this happen? 07-12-2019 (Somewhere in that game since I started the game and then went on to play a different game first).
So today I logged into my Origin account to play some Apex Legends, since I was queueing alone I joined a casual non-ranked game to warmup first. But when I joined the game it gave me the message:
Error
The client's game account has been banned: Banned
It gave me no message of which rules I *supposedly* broke
Nothing changed upon reinstalling the game either (but that was obvious since this was Origin account related and not Apex related).
I have never used cheats in my entire life, I only play on this account (TomTheDemonShark) and have no other accounts on which I play. I have no 3rd party software running apart from Teamspeak, Discord, Firefox browser (maybe Chrome aswell I switch between them sometimes), steam and World of Tanks this morning but no way that should trigger a ban.
I have a friend with whom I always play with and to my knowledge he does not cheat since he has not recieved a ban and if he was the reason that I was banned (for queuing with a cheater to boost account stats etc) then he should have been banned aswel and he is not.
Also on my account details, in the security tab under trusted devices there was a device that is not mine. It's a web browser from a location in the Netherlands that I dont live in. I tried untrusting the device but after I refreshed that page it was back. Not sure what this means or what to do with it though.
I have already send out an Appeal to the Terms of Service team but I just wanted to describe my problem for other people to see if anyone could help me and to see if anyone else has had this aswell. I have seen other people have the same problem but out of none of them I have seen that the problem was fixed.
If anyone has had this problem and was able to appeal the ban please tell me what you did and how you did it!
What you are doing now is right.
You contacted the Terms of Service team and they will review the case.They will try to reply within 5 business days, this could be in some cases for more than 5 days.
If you think someone has access to your account as there is an unknown device in your trusted list.I recommend you to secure your account with the link I leave below.
