code:net over a week and no help

hi

i am sure i am not the only one with this code:net issue on xbox one, but after trying to live chat 4 times and it not being fixed i need to try and find out going on.

for over a week now my main apex account has been getting code:net. i have been through all the things live chat told me, reset router, hard boot xbox, reinstall apex, remove save data, google dns, unlink xbox live from ea account, contacted isp ( they never responded mind), tried the trace route thing others have been told to do. they checked my account no bans and no issues.

i thought the update might help but no. it seems to me the game/server is trying to connect to a finished match but can't so times out. i think this because if i accept an invite from my other xbox from my daughter i join her lobby and it says i am in a match, but i am at title screen then when i press i get the black screen with the logo at the bottom. then after 2 or so minutes i get code:net and am removed from the lobby. i have spent hundreds of pounds on apex i love apex i love the lore the story the gameplay if i can't get on my account i will miss the recolour.

i have played plants vs zombies gw1 and gw2 with the same account no problem and starwars battle front 1/2 as well please can something be done.

    @daddieaddy Wanted to check is your daughter under the same network? Does she have any issues?

    Also if you have not can you try some additional steps below, and if you run into an issue can you share a UOTrace (Requires PC)?

  • @EA_Illium How many people are you going to tell to try and fix it on their end. YOU KNOW THERE IS AN ISSUE. I love seeing these posts while you don’t acknowledge this, but hey, push out ANOTHER collection even, right? You guys should be ashamed, what an absolute joke.

  • both xboxes are on the same switch then to the router. i have tried a direct line to router, wifi, on every xbox i have (6 in total) tried servers from all over the world in apex and it will not work tried static and dhcp  it seems i am no the only one with issue, which is not at our end. all i want is to use my account, no one else in household has had any issues, 2 pc gamers a ps4 and the xboxes all work with apex on their accounts just not my one. i can log in on steam origin and ps4 but i have nothing as no cross progression all accounts linked to the same ea account. please can it be fixed

  • i saw there has been a patch to fix certain bugs in the game, how about fixing the servers so i can get in the game to get the bugs in the first place? id take caustic gas not going when the teams dies over not getting in the game!

  • seeing as the bloodhound recolour has no left the shop, am i going to be given compensation for not being able to use my own account to purchase it as i already had the skin needed?

    seems to me all of us who, through no fault of our own missed out, need something to convince us we should even bother at all with apex

    @daddieaddy When you ran the Trace Route, before making the txt file did it have your packet statistics and packet loss information?
  • no packet loss only from unknown host, still no apex on my main account. i think Respawn/ea need to acknowledge this is an issue for alot of people across platforms.
