CONNECTION ISSUE ON SINGAPORE PLAYING FROM OCEA

Hello, this is my problem:

I'm playing apex from New Zealand (OCEA server). I've never got any issue before season 7 when I'm playing on Singapore or Tokyo server.

Now when I play on Singapore server (lowest ping outside OCEA), I always disconnected from the game and unable to reconnect.

This is so frustrating for me because I can only play ranked games on Singapore and I kept abandoning the game.

I don't know how to troubleshoot this issue.

Please help ☹️

    Hey @Ollie_Roww 

    Here are some steps to perform to see if connection issues continue. 

    • Check for Windows and GPU updates  
    • Port Forward 
    • Flush DNS (first section in the link) 
    • Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is different DNs you would rather use) 
    • Allowing Origin/Steam and Apex through your anti-virus or firewall  
    • Run Origin/Steam and Apex as an administrator (by right-clicking desktop icons and selecting 'run as admin")  
    • Repair - Origin | Verify - Steam 
    • Clear Origin Cache  
    • Reset Internet Explorer settings (Origin uses IE, even if you use another browser for daily use) 
    • Clean Boot
