It has been the same issue for many people since aftermarket update launched, and gradually a lot more accounts on PS4 are getting the same issue but they don't care to fix it and EA help is useless.
They will tell you to:
1. Turn off your PS4 and router then turn them back on
2. Change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
3. Assign a static IP to your PS4
4. Have a stable connection
5. Stop using mobile hotspot if you're doing that
6. Uninstall and reinstall the game
7. Run UOtrace on a PC on the same network even though I don't think they know how to read UOtrace cuz I have not seen them meaningfully respond to anyone who sent UOtrace
8. They will ask you to call your ISP and troubleshoot with them
And finally after you do all these meaningless steps they will permanently stop responding and your problem won't be solved because there is no problem on your side and they won't accept that it's a problem on their server side(which it is) so it's honestly better to just switch to other games like warzone which actually work because once you get this problem, it will never leave and there's no way for you to solve it.
I know because I have the same problem for the longest time and I did all these but none worked and I've given up pretty much all hope that they will ever fix it.
