Connection unstable after rolling mythic skin

I exchanged materials for the newest mythic watson skin event pack, got the mythic skin with a single roll. Then, my connection to the server became unstable. It sometimes kick me out to the main menu and fails to log in. Servers which originally has only 50-70 ping for me now has over 200 ping. It sometimes goes back to normal but it's gamble every time I get into a game.

Is the apex pack bugged or what?
