    Hi F1ryyy,

Sorry to hear Apex has become unplayable since you returned.

Since you’ve already reinstalled the game several times and hard reset the Xbox, I wouldn’t ask you to repeat those steps. The Waiting for Precache issue, high ping, and crashes can sometimes be connection-related, so please try fully power cycling your network equipment as well:

Unplug your Xbox, modem, and router for around two minutes. Reconnect the modem and router first, wait until they are fully online, and then reconnect and start the Xbox.

You can also try clearing the alternate MAC address under:

Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear

This guide includes some additional connection checks:
Troubleshoot your connection to EA games

If it still happens afterward, could you let us know whether the game shows any error message or code before closing, and whether Apex is installed on the Xbox’s internal storage or an external drive?

Hope we can get you back into the game without these crashes soon.
