Corrupt data heirloom lost unable to play

on apex legends on my xbox i go into lobby load into game but as soon or before i get in it closes the game and i was told to delete save data but didnt work and i deleted and reinstalled game what do i do it said it had corrupt files before i didn any of this Also now I’m missing heirloom can I get it back or just the heirloom shards back at least
