Cross Progression Issues

Hi there,

So I recently switched from Xbox and PS5. Both accounts are linked to my EA account, yet my progress from Xbox isnt transfering to my PS5 account. I tried re-linking my accounts with no success. Been playing since season 1 and really do not want to start over. Any suggestions?
