Cross Progression never appeared on Apex.
I linked my PSN and Steam to my EA around the time Cross progression was starting. and i never got it. so i asked EA support about it. and they recommended relinking my PSN and steam to my old EA acc...

Gamethieveskill Your Apex progress and data is tied to your EA Account, (not to any of your platform accounts), which means that if your accounts were linked to the wrong EA Account, anything unlocked, bought, or earned while linked to the wrong EA Account, would be tied to the wrong EA Account, (which sadly cannot be transferred over to the correct EA Account).
If your platform accounts are ever linked to a new EA Account, those platform accounts would start storing new Apex progress and data to the new EA Account, (unless the new EA Account had been linked to other platform accounts of that type before, as when you link a platform account to your EA Account, it creates a lifetime link to that platform's account type).
Anytime you unlink and then relink your platform accounts, it does have the risk of potentially losing access to some, (or all), your Apex progress and data on those platforms, (and if any progress or data is lost, it sadly cannot be recovered).
Furthermore, if any account were banned prior to Cross-Progression hitting your accounts, any of those banned accounts would of been excluded from Cross-Progression.

I was recommend by EA support originally to unlink my accounts back in 2023. wasnt till this year my friend that realized he linked the wrong psn account he redid the link with the right account and got cross progression. so i assumed maybe i used the wrong account and asked support and one of the support agents tracked back my PSN accounts original account and he said i should get my stuff back if i relink to the account with my progress. So i did the relink. i understand why i lost my steam/pc progress since im no longer using the EA account with the progress but my PSN account is relinked to the originally account.
Since it seems since i relinked my PSN to the right account and i didnt get any of my progress i can just assume its all gone?
would i be better off just going through support and getting my steam unlinked and relinked to the other EA account to maybe hopefully get my PC progress at least. since this also effected titanfall 2 i would like to at least get my stuff back on there.Update: i didn't do any unlinking but downloaded the EA launcher and logged into my pc account and it said i got cross progression but that account was lvl 1 with nothing on it. so i assume ill need to relink my steam for my pc stuff to reappear? cant unlink my steam account for 6 months so i lose access to all my EA game saves and there is a chance i wont get the saves back even if i relink. EA support requested i unlink and relink to get cross progression. so i lose everything because EA support this is depressing
