If you linked your PlayStation Account under the EA Profile that has all your progress from your Xbox Account, you won't see any of the progress combined from your PlayStation to your Xbox since your PlayStation Account was under a different EA Account.
You won't lose any of your PlayStation progress if you were to re-link it back to the previous EA Profile it was under. But, cross progression won't work in this matter since you have 2 different EA Accounts like I said before.
