Cross progression

I finally played apex again on my pc. I got the cross progression prompt, loaded in and none of my xbox progress came over. when i looked into the issue i saw that my xbox account might have been linked to an old EA account and thats why. So i unlinked my xbox account and relinked it to my old EA account. when i logged into the game on pc i didnt get a new prompt but my account was now level one. when i logged into apex on my xbox i didnt have any of my progress. I have lost nearly thousands of dollars in skins and progress. i had more than 5 heirlooms and nearly every item in the game. this is season 12 standards. how do i get my **bleep** back?
