Cross progression

My account recently just got cross progression but all i’m back to level 1 and all my cosmetics are completely gone and i have no idea how to get my progress back.

    Hey @YoSenseiX Something like this usually happens if you unlink your platform accounts from your EA account. 

    The article on our website explains it in more detail. 

    Also, if your account was created after October 26th 2023 it will not be merged.

    Sometimes, it's possible to restore progress if you link your platform back to your original EA account. You can contact our support team if you need help with that.
