I just noticed my Xbox and pc account are both on this ea ID both don’t have much so when I get the pop up can I unlink my Xbox account and link it to my ea that has my PlayStation account

Hi there!
If your Play Station account & Xbox account have different EA accounts (ie. they weren't connected to the 1 main EA account) then merging the progress of those will not be possible.
Unlinking accounts will cause the loss of progression as data is stored on the EA account, not the platform.
So if you were hoping to merge them then sadly it's not a possibility.Also if you have any more questions regarding cross progression it seems that there is a new whole dedicated place for that so ask questions around there!

No I don’t want to merge I just want my PlayStation account on my Xbox I have no cosmetic on Xbox so if I link my Xbox account to my PlayStation E.A ID can I just have that account as my main on my Xbox

Oh so you just want to use your PS account on xbox?
Then yeah there shouldn't be any problems with that, just the matter of "waiting" till you get the cross progression prompt and it will make your PS account into the "main" one so you'll be able to use it on any platform.
