my account got hacked.

my account got hacked did not get it back after a couple of months but as soon as i got it back i was negative apex coins. all those apex coins are missing i had 22,600 and now its negative plz help me. i dont know what to do cause its more than 200 dollars and i dont have that money to get back.

    Hey ChurpySnyther​,

    I understand the advisor directed you to the forums, however I'm afraid we cannot make any changes to your account here - including restoring any Apex Coins lost during an account compromise. Sorry for the misunderstanding with that suggestion.

    We have a bit more information about this situation in our Apex Coins article here, however the only situation where your Apex Coins will go into the negative is when you receive a refund or issue a chargeback for the payment method originally used to purchase those Apex Coins.

    If this took place while someone else had control of your account, that's likely why you're seeing the negative balance now. If you'd like your account recovery looked into further, you would need to reach back out to support to have them review this again.

    I can definitely see the discussion there, and absolutely understand they've sent you this way.

    The forums are for discussion and feedback, so while we could certainly pass along feedback about something that happened in the game, we can't change it here. When it comes to a support issue like your account being compromised and needing restoration, that can only be done through the support team. 

    We cannot change anything about your account here on the forums, sorry for the confusion here. I've passed along feedback about the instructions you've gotten from support, but you're welcome to do so through your case history page as well if you'd like. 

  • EA_Mako​ Update on my account. so i received the account & did not play on it again i checks what was missing and characters where missing and apex points where missing. i could not play the game cause i was not able to cause i was Blocked and now i received an email saying that i broke the rules. my account was hacked and when i got it back this account is not usable. that is crazy EA. correct action ?
