Hi there!
If your Play Station account & Xbox account have different EA accounts (ie. they weren't connected to the 1 main EA account) then merging the progress of those will not be possible.
Unlinking accounts will cause the loss of progression as data is stored on the EA account, not the platform.
So if you were hoping to merge them then sadly it's not a possibility.

No I don’t want to merge I just want my PlayStation account on my Xbox I have no cosmetic on Xbox so if I link my Xbox account to my PlayStation E.A ID can I just have that account as my main on my Xbox

Oh so you just want to use your PS account on xbox?
Then yeah there shouldn't be any problems with that, just the matter of "waiting" till you get the cross progression prompt and it will make your PS account into the "main" one so you'll be able to use it on any platform.
Sorry I misunderstood your question first time!Yes so once I get the prompt should I login in to me PlayStation ea account on safari and link my Xbox account to it and then on my Xbox my PlayStation account will be my main. Thank you so much for your help so far
Yes I'll attach a picture of how it should look if you want to use X account progress on other platforms. The accounts in question are different (PC/PS opposed to PS/Xbox but it should work the same)
Also you should link the xbox account now as I think it wont be possible IF you get the prompt before linking it.
