crossplay question for new accounts?

hey so i played on ps5 as a main account for context.

i got a new pc, got steam , logged in to my ea account but it says i cant use crossprogression.

so i looked it up and says ''Note: to prevent exploitation, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.''

so ea just says i cant use my main account anymore and have to basicly start over again.

can i still get my items back or is it just that i can never play on my pc with my full account anymore{ wich i have since the launch of the game}?

    If you made a new account for Apex Legends after the date, cross progression won't take affect for you in this case.

    Any accounts made beforehand and linked under the same EA account, will be eligible for cross progression. You can play on your PC, but you won't receive any of your progression from your PlayStation account since the account was made after the date.
