Data Loss during PS4 to PC Cross-Progression (Account Reset to Level 1)

I am contacting you because I have lost all my progress and items while attempting to move my data from PS4 to PC via Cross-Progression.

Account Details:

EA ID: [Hqlulu

PSN ID HqIuIu

PC SteamID halulu1997

My PS4 account was level 500and had several valuable items, including 

including Season 2 & 3 Predator Dive Trails, and Gibraltar's Heirloom (War Club). > These are extremely rare items, and I am very concerned about their loss.

However, after the cross-progression process, my account on PC appears as Level 1 with no skins, no currency, and no stats. It seems the data from my PSN account was not merged or recognized as the Master Account

I have confirmed that both my PSN and PC accounts are linked to the same EA account.

Could you please investigate if there was a synchronization failure during the merge? I would appreciate it if you could restore my PS4 progress to my PC account.

    Hey Hqlulu​,

    You mentioned that you were working to merge your progress, and to do so, did you unlink your PlayStation from its original EA account and link it to its current one? Or what did you do shortly before you lost your progress exactly?
