Data Loss during PS4 to PC Cross-Progression (Account Reset to Level 1)
I am contacting you because I have lost all my progress and items while attempting to move my data from PS4 to PC via Cross-Progression.

My PS4 account was level 500and had several valuable items, including
including Season 2 & 3 Predator Dive Trails, and Gibraltar's Heirloom (War Club). > These are extremely rare items, and I am very concerned about their loss.
However, after the cross-progression process, my account on PC appears as Level 1 with no skins, no currency, and no stats. It seems the data from my PSN account was not merged or recognized as the Master Account
I have confirmed that both my PSN and PC accounts are linked to the same EA account.
Could you please investigate if there was a synchronization failure during the merge? I would appreciate it if you could restore my PS4 progress to my PC account.
