If you're playing with friends, please make sure that you've opened the ports needed for Origin and Apex Legends.
There's an EA Help article that shows you which ports should be opened for Apex Legends:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/#apexlegends
We've also got a handy guide with connectivity troubleshooting for PC, which can be found here:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-pc
Could you try these and let me know how you get on?

I tried adding the ports and I have tried clearing my dns using cmd prompt, clean restart, uninstall\reinstall, running Apex and origin as admin. I ha e made windows and graphics card are up to date.
I played for about an hour by myself and it worked fine and when I joined a friend's party, I played one game and it kicked me twice in a row.
