Display flickering

During the game, the screen flickers a lot, and the problem is not in the monitor, but in the game, I recorded a video using the Geforce Experience, where you can see exactly how the game flickers. There are still very few frames on the desktop, as if it also starts to flicker when playing Apex Legends. All this happened after the game switched to DX12. There is no problem with this in other games. I tried disabling G-Sync, but it didn't help. Video card - RTX 3060, monitor - MSI Optix MAG251RX. What should I do?
