Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the issues you've been seeing. A good place to start off would be with the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If you're still running into the same issues after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well.

I tried playing with two friends a couple night ago and I was running into the same issue with disconnections. It’s similar to the issues I mentioned before where I will be unable to ready up into ranked and when I try to restart the game I’m then unable to connect. I can work around this a little by switching legends while in the lobby. But like I mentioned before, once I’m stuck on “unable to connect to ea servers” the only way I can play the game again is to restart my router entirely. This isn’t an internet issue as I was still able to connect to internet/party chat/and warzone with my friends with a fast LAN connection. A couple of nights when I was playing in a full party of friends, my game would freeze or bug out after each of the three games of winter express we played. After each game it would freeze in the lobby and I tried to restart the app, I would then get stuck on the main menu being unable to connect to servers. Again my only way around it was to restart my router. After my game crashed the 3rd time after my 3rd game with friends, I quit the game out of frustration. The issue has to be something involving a corrupted file. As I mentioned before I’ve already tried reinstalling the app. Please help.
