I really do hope that you get top the bottom of all of this.
Given that they skipped the "warnings" and "suspensions" phases, there's every chance the accusations are quite serious and go beyond "being a bit of a * when I play games" (which I'm not. I don't use text or chat in game, and so there's no way I could have been "toxic").
Do you think that maybe you might have been toxic over the MiC people do record games and one can add that recording to a report and that can get you banned and dependent on what was said even perma banned.
find it very distressing to be accused and convicted of a crime, without knowing what the crime is, or having a chance to explain or defend it. It's wrong, and considering the effect it has, I can't see how it isn't illegal. I'm going to fight them.
Nobody from EA has accused you of perpetrating a crime let alone convicted you of a crime as far as I can tell from what you say. EA has said you violated a TOS that you agreed to and that is legally binding, so good luck with fighting that.
It looks like you had many different systems over the years.Do you think that maybe one of your accounts got hacked leading to info to hack you more and more. If so you may want to contact an advisor to have that looked at for at least Origin. If you use steam you might want to contact steam support regarding a possible hacked account. People get hacked all the time and hackers be cheating at other peoples cost.
Good luck and I hope all goes well for you.
